How can you analyze me with just photos?
With our own method and photos taken the way we ask. We guide you photo by photo: facing a window in daylight, no filters and no makeup, plus a photo of your wrist to read your undertone. We compare all of them before deciding.
If the light isn't enough, we ask for another photo before we start, and the 72-hour clock only starts once your photos work. And if something doesn't feel right, you have 2 rounds of adjustments.
What is It Girl Concept?
It Girl Concept is an online image consulting service. We analyze your color, your face and your body with our own method from your photos, and deliver a personalized PDF report in 72 hours. Every report goes through a quality check before we send it to you.
How much does it cost?
Color Analysis is $29 USD, Face Shape Analysis $39 USD and the Complete Transformation $69 USD (value if purchased separately: $93 USD). For events: Event Look $89, Quinceañera Package $129 and Bridal Makeover $149 USD. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How soon do I get my report?
Within 72 hours of receiving your approved photos and your completed questionnaire. With priority delivery (+$19 USD), within 24 hours. If we're late with priority delivery, we refund that fee.
Will you change my face?
No. The simulations change your haircut, hair color, makeup and clothes. Never the shape of your face, your skin or your body. You have to recognize yourself.
Does it work on brown and dark skin?
Yes. All 12 seasons exist across every skin tone: there are brown-skinned Autumns, but also Winters and Summers. What matters is your undertone, your contrast and your chroma, not how light or dark you are.
What is 12-season color analysis?
It's a system that places you in one of 12 seasons based on your undertone, value, chroma and contrast. We use 12 (not just 4) because two “Autumn” people can need very different palettes, and we also tell you your lean toward the neighboring season.
Why does it cost less than an in-person consultation?
Because there's no appointment, no commute and no two-hour session to schedule. We work with our own method on your photos and give you everything in writing. You pay for the analysis and the report, not for time in a chair.
Is it safe to send my photos?
Your photos are used only for your analysis and deleted no later than 14 days after your delivery. We never publish them without your written authorization, which is separate and optional, and we don't share them for any other purpose.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. You pay in US dollars by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your bank converts the charge to your currency; some cards charge a fee for purchases in dollars. The price you see is final, with no extra fees at checkout.
What if I don't like the result?
Every service includes 2 rounds of adjustments within 48 hours of delivery. If you cancel before we approve your photos, we refund 100%. After that, the report has already been made for you and there are no refunds for a change of mind.
Do you offer surgery or treatments?
No. We're an image consulting service, not a medical service. There's an optional aesthetic simulation add-on: it's a visual simulation, not medical advice, for ages 18 and up only. We don't give doses, brands, techniques or prices for procedures.
Do you work with minors?
Yes, with consent from their mom, dad or guardian before we receive any photo. It's required for the Quinceañera Package. We never do aesthetic simulations for minors.
