Who we are

It Girl Concept is an online image consulting service operated by It Girl Concept, email hola@theitgirlconcept.com.

What you are buying

• A personalized image analysis delivered as a PDF report. What each service includes is listed on its page under Services.
• The mock-ups are digital simulations made with image editing tools, for illustration only: they are not real photos and do not guarantee a stylist’s result. They change haircut, color, makeup and clothing, never the shape of your face, your skin or your body.
• This is not a medical service and it does not include recommendations of aesthetic procedures. The optional aesthetic simulation is a digital visual simulation, not medical advice, for adults 18 and over only.

Prices and payments

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include VAT (IVA). There are no hidden fees.
• With a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, you are charged in USD; your bank converts the charge to your currency and some cards charge a fee for purchases in dollars.
• Cash payments at OXXO are charged in Mexican pesos (MXN), at the fixed total you see before generating your voucher. The voucher expires after 2 days and OXXO accepts payments of up to $10,000 MXN.
• The Complete Transformation shows its “value if purchased separately” ($93 USD), which is the actual sum of the prices of Color Analysis, Face Shape Analysis and Body Type. We do not use “was” prices or fictitious discounts. The only discount currently in effect is the Founders Program, while spots remain. The additional promotions are the gift for sharing your before and after at the regular price and, from November 13 to 17, 2026, the Buen Fin 2026 Promotion.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We neither see nor store your card details.

Timeframes

We deliver within 72 hours (24 hours with priority delivery), counted from when we receive your valid photos and your completed questionnaire. The timeframe does not run while photos or answers are missing. OXXO payments are usually confirmed the next business day (they can take up to 3) and your order opens when that confirmation arrives.

Founders Program

• What it is: 50% off your order for the first clients of the program, in exchange for an honest review. It applies to orders with a main service (Color, Face, Transformation, Bride, Event or Quinceañera) and to the add-ons and priority delivery you add to that order. Makeup guides purchased on their own are not eligible.
• How many spots: 20 in total, once per order. The first 13 are taken by our first Founders, who received their analysis free of charge in exchange for their honest review and their permission to publish their before and after; the remaining 7 get 50% off. The counter on the site updates with the actual number of spots used (it can take up to a minute). Once all 20 are taken, the program ends and prices return to regular.
• Where: only at checkout on this site. Payment links we send by message do not carry the discount. It cannot be combined with other promotions, except the Buen Fin 2026 Promotion.
• Your commitment: when purchasing, you check two required boxes:
  • “I commit to leaving my honest review as a Founder”: a sincere review (good, so-so or bad) with a photo of you, within 7 days of your delivery.
  • “I agree that It Girl Concept may publish my before and after on its website and social media as part of the Founders Program”. You choose whether you appear without a name (default) or with your first name, and it is governed by the before-and-after terms.
• If you don’t want to share: at checkout you choose “Don’t want to share? Pay the regular price”. That purchase is charged at the regular price, without the discount, and your service is exactly the same.
• Quinceañera Package and minors: the Founder price does not require the before-and-after permission. A minor’s content is only published if her mother, father or guardian authorizes it in the order questionnaire.
• How we publish it: all reviews, without filtering by rating, with your first name, your city and the “Founder” label, which discloses that you received 50% off in exchange for your review.
• The revisions and refunds rules are the same; if there is a refund, what you paid is returned.

Gift for sharing your before and after

• What it is: if you pay the regular price and at checkout you check the optional box “I agree to have my before and after published”, we gift you The Vibe I See in You add-on (a $19 USD value). It is added to your order at no cost and does not appear as a charge.
• If you already purchased The Vibe I See in You in that order, there is no additional gift or discount: your permission is just as welcome and we simply thank you.
• It does not apply: at the Founder price (there the permission is part of the program), to the Quinceañera Package or orders for minors, to digital guides purchased on their own, or to payment links we send by message (there the permission is optional and given in the questionnaire, with no gift).
• The gift cannot be exchanged for money or for another service. If there is a refund, what you paid is returned; the gift has no refund value.

Buen Fin 2026 Promotion

From November 13 to 17, 2026 (Buen Fin, Mexico City time), every order that includes Color Analysis comes with the Makeup Guide for your season as a gift (a $9 USD value, its regular price on this site). It is not a charge, it arrives with your report and there is one guide per order. The full terms of this promotion are in the Spanish version of these terms, which is the legally binding one.

Revisions, cancellations and refunds

Each service includes 2 rounds of adjustments. The full conditions, including how OXXO payments are refunded, are in the revisions and refunds policy.

Your photos

Your photos are used only for your analysis, in accordance with the privacy notice. If you are under 18, your mother, father or guardian must give consent before we receive any photo.

Before-and-after terms of use

This is a separate, express and revocable permission (version 2026-10-v1). It only applies if you check the corresponding box at checkout or in your order questionnaire; if you don’t check it, your service is exactly the same.

1. Where: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and this site. Never in paid ads without a separate authorization.
2. How: without a name (default) or with your first name, as you choose; never with your last name, your contact details or information from your questionnaire that identifies you. We show you how it looks before publishing.
3. No alterations: we do not edit your features, your body or your skin. Simulations are labeled as “digital simulation”. Aesthetic simulations are never published.
4. Duration: 12 months from your authorization, renewable only if you authorize it again.
5. Revocation: you can withdraw your permission at any time by writing to hola@theitgirlconcept.com and we remove the posts from our accounts within a maximum of 5 business days. We cannot control copies that third parties made beforehand. Withdrawing your permission does not generate any charge: you keep your Founder price or your gift.
6. Disclosed incentive: we do not pay you to publish, but the permission carries an incentive that we tell you about in advance: at the Founder price it is part of the conditions of the 50% discount (if you don’t want to give it, you pay the regular price); at the regular price it is optional and, if you give it, we gift you The Vibe I See in You. Your service is the same with or without permission. Posts made under this permission may indicate that the client received a discount or a gift.
7. Minors: a minor’s content is only published with a separate authorization from her mother, father or guardian, given in the questionnaire. The minor’s own permission is not enough. For the Quinceañera Package, this permission is not requested at checkout, the gift does not apply and the Founder price does not require it.
